Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Counsellor specializing in the aviation industry. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing professional guidance and counseling services to aspiring aviation professionals, assessing client needs, and recommending suitable career paths or educational opportunities. Other responsibilities may include responding to inquiries, conducting workshops or informative sessions, maintaining accurate records, and staying updated on the latest trends and requirements in the aviation industry.

- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Knowledge of the aviation industry, including career opportunities and training pathways
- Ability to deliver presentations and conduct guidance sessions effectively
- Organizational skills for record-keeping and scheduling appointments
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address client queries and challenges
- Familiarity with educational and professional development trends in aviation
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, aviation, human resources, or a related field
- Prior experience in counseling, career development, or a related area is a plus
