Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Counsellor. The Counsellor will assist students in identifying appropriate study programs and universities abroad, manage the application process, and guide them through visa requirements. Responsibilities include one-on-one consultations, document verification, and providing personalized advice to each client. The role also involves staying updated on international education trends to offer the best possible solutions to students.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to build trust and provide guidance to students and their families.
- Proficiency in documenting, reviewing, and processing applications and other related paperwork.
- Strong research and analytical skills to stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and visa processes.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple applications and maintain detailed records.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and related software for documentation and presentations.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Prior experience in student counseling, education consultancy, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline is required.
