𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor who can guide aspiring students toward successful careers in IT, especially in DBA and AI domains. The role involves understanding student needs, explaining our industry-focused programs, and helping them enroll in the right course.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-Counsel students about DBA (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle) and AI courses
-Handle inbound leads, calls, and walk-in inquiries
-Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling
-Explain 100% placement guarantee, practical training model (99% hands-on)
-Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
-Maintain CRM and student records
-Achieve monthly admission targets
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
-Strong communication and convincing skills
-Sales-oriented mindset with a student-first approach
-Ability to explain technical courses in a simple way
-Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
-Target-driven and self-motivated
