We are looking for a confident and customer‑focused Counsellor to guide students and professionals on our technical training programs and convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle walk‑in, call, and online enquiries
- Counsel students on suitable technical training programs, for both offline and online courses
- Explain course details, schedules, and career pathways
- Follow up with leads and achieve admission targets
- Maintain enquiry records and daily reporting
Skills Required:- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Sales/inside‑sales mindset with excellent follow‑up
- Ability to explain technical training modules (training will be provided)
Qualifications:- Graduate in any stream
- Experience in counselling or education sales preferred (freshers with strong communication can apply)
