Job Title: Counsellor – Education Industry (Sales)
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Kolkata
Salary: Fixed + Incentives
We are looking for a motivated and experienced person with a background in sales, preferably within the education industry. The role involves reaching out to potential students, explaining our offerings, and driving admissions.
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to students who have applied for the course.
2. Understand students' needs and recommend an appropriate course.
3. Build strong relationships with prospects and follow up to drive conversions.
4. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain detailed records of calls and leads in CRM.
6. Provide feedback to the marketing team for process improvements.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales or telecalling, preferably in the education sector.
2. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
3. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
4. Fluency in English is a must.
5. Comfortable working with targets.
6. Knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools is an added advantage.
