Job Description – Counsellor (Candidate Success)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

Role Overview
As a Counsellor – Candidate Success, you will serve as the first point of contact for candidates entering the Morris Matrix ecosystem. You will engage with candidates after they apply for verified job opportunities, understand their career aspirations, and guide them throughout the recruitment journey.
Your primary responsibility is to conduct career guidance sessions, educate candidates about the recruitment process, help them understand the challenges they may encounter during interviews and employment, and recommend suitable career development services that enhance their employability and interview readiness.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct group career counselling and candidate orientation sessions for applicants entering the Morris Matrix ecosystem.
• Educate candidates about the complete recruitment process and prepare them for every stage of the hiring journey.
• Explain common challenges candidates face during interviews, recruitment, and workplace environments.
• Present Morris Matrix's career development services and demonstrate how they improve employability and interview success.
• Guide candidates on resume optimization, interview preparation, communication skills, professional etiquette, and workplace readiness.
• Address candidate queries, concerns, and objections with confidence and clarity.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their hiring journey.
• Handle inbound and outbound candidate interactions professionally.
• Coordinate with the HR, Operations, and Training teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate counselling records and update candidate information within the CRM system.
• Achieve counselling, engagement, and conversion targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in career counselling, recruitment, customer success, education counselling, B2C sales, or relationship management will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and counselling abilities are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
• Probation Period: 2 Months
• Probation Compensation: ₹20,000 per month
• Post-Probation Compensation: ₹6,00,000 CTC per annum
• Quarterly Performance Incentive: Up to ₹1,00,000 based on individual performance, counselling outcomes, candidate satisfaction, execution quality, and overall contribution to organizational growth.
Note: The probation period is designed to provide practical exposure to live business operations while evaluating communication skills, execution capability, ownership, adaptability, and overall role alignment. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the fixed compensation structure of ₹6 LPA CTC will be activated.

Additional Requirements
