Role Description
100% Remote/WFH
This is a Counselling/Sales trainee hiring - Full time - Laptop is mandatory
No Leaves for the first 60 days
For 3 months - Training Period - 10,000 INR (90% is in hand after TDS deduction)
Post 3 months + successfull completion of training - 40,000 Base + Upto 25,000 Incentives (7.8 LPA)
This is a full-time, remote role for an Academic Counsellor Trainee. In this role, you will engage with prospective students to understand their educational aspirations, provide personalized academic counseling, and guide them to select courses aligned with their career goals. Day-to-day tasks will include answering queries, conducting career counseling sessions, supporting students throughout the enrollment process, and maintaining timely communication. The position offers professional development opportunities within a supportive, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Proficiency in Academic Advising and understanding education systems
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and guide students toward their educational goals
- Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
- Experience in legal education or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Law, or a relevant field preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
