Company Description eleVibe – Exam Day Performance Training supports students in strengthening their exam-day performance by helping them prevent blank-outs, handle exam pressure, and reduce avoidable mistakes. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselling Psychologist with expertise in performance psychology, based in Mumbai. The role involves conducting one-on-one and group counselling sessions with students to address exam anxiety, focus issues, performance blocks, and stress management. The Counselling Psychologist will design and deliver performance training modules, workshops, and practice simulations that help students manage pressure, improve concentration, and build effective coping strategies. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes psychological assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with other team members to refine training programs. The psychologist will also work with parents through guidance sessions, providing practical strategies for building a supportive, high-performance study environment at home.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and performance psychology, with the ability to apply theory to exam-related stress and high-pressure situations.
- Professional training and experience in Counseling, including individual and group counselling for adolescents and young adults.
- Skills in Psychological Assessment, such as using standardized tools or structured interviews to understand students’ emotional and cognitive profiles.
- Relevant academic background, such as a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field; registration or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Experience working with students preparing for competitive or high-stakes exams, and familiarity with performance enhancement techniques (e.g., visualization, self-talk, relaxation, focus training).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with students and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, maintain clear documentation, handle confidential information responsibly, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to deliver Workshops and Webinar for over 100+ students.
