Counselling Psychologist – Facilitator & Peer Supervisor
🔹 Job Type: Part-Time | Hourly Pay | Remote
🔹 Availability Required: 2-3 Days/Week | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
We are seeking a committed and dependable Counselling Psychologist to join our team in the capacity of a facilitator & Peer Supervisor. This is a flexible, remote-based role suited for someone passionate about training upcoming mental health professionals and handling peer supervision in a fast-paced learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and insightful workshops, training programs, and skill-building sessions.
Facilitate 1:1 and group peer supervision sessions with empathy, professionalism, and structure.
Ensure active availability during evening hours (6:00 PM – 9:30 PM), 2–3 days a week.
Use platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and other web-based tools efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality learning experiences.
Requirements:
Master’s degree (or above) in Counselling Psychology.
Experience - 4+ Mandatory
Prior experience in training, facilitation, or peer supervision.
Familiarity with psychotherapeutic approaches (CBT, SFBT, Trauma-informed practices, etc.).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong sense of work commitment & reliability.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Ability to remain consistent, and open to feedback.
Familiarity with handling basic tech issues during online classes is a plus.
