Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Councillor at our Noida location. The Councillor will engage with patients to assess their needs, provide guidance and support, and facilitate access to appropriate medical or therapeutic services. The role involves maintaining confidential records, developing tailored plans of action, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and following up to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to empathize and actively listen to patients
- Proficiency in record-keeping, documentation, and basic administrative tasks
- Experience in counseling, patient guidance, or related areas
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, patient-care driven environment
- Knowledge of healthcare practices and familiarity with multispecialty clinical setups is an advantage
- Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
