Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Counselling Executive. The Counselling Executive will guide prospective learners by providing personalized course advice, clarifying program details, and assisting with the enrollment process. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, offering tailored recommendations based on learner needs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for participants. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining knowledge of Edrix's programs will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service is advantageous
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and workflows
- Familiarity with educational programs and the e-learning landscape
- Ability to work independently, meet goals, and demonstrate a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in basic software tools and CRM systems for tracking and communication
- Enthusiasm for the education sector and a willingness to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; experience in education counseling is a plus
