Business Analyst

Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and systems • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements • Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery • Develop effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Experience working with ERP systems and process mapping tools is a plus • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
