The Associate GC partners closely with the General Counsel to manage legal risk and oversee litigation matters across Cotton Holdings and its affiliated entities. This role is responsible for handling complex legal issues including active litigation management, dispute resolution, contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk mitigation.
The Associate GC collaborates with senior leadership, outside counsel, and internal business units to protect the company’s legal interests while supporting operational and growth objectives. This position plays a critical role in developing litigation strategy, ensuring compliance across multi-entity operations, and maintaining strong documentation and legal process standards.
The ideal candidate brings strong construction/restoration industry awareness, experience managing outside counsel, and the ability to balance strategic legal guidance with practical business solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
