<strong>ROLE DESCRIPTION:<br></strong>Cothran Carroll State Farm is seeking a motivated, competitive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Account Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. <strong>Client Relationship Building:</strong> Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their individual insurance needs, and providing personalized guidance and support. </li>
<li>
<strong>Insurance Consultation: </strong>Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of their policies and benefits. </li>
<li>
<strong>Sales Generation and Targets: </strong>Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such office walk-ins, referrals, current customers, cold calling, networking events, and other lead generating methods. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently contributing to the achievement of team and company revenue goals. </li>

<strong>Quoting and Proposal Creation: </strong>Prepare accurate insurance quotes and proposals based on clients' needs and preferences, effectively presenting the value and benefits of the offered insurance products.</li>
<li>
<strong>Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: </strong>Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products to existing clients, maximizing their coverage and overall satisfaction. </li>
</ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></div><ul>
<li>1-3 years sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) <strong>preferred</strong>
</li>
<li>Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas <strong>preferred</strong>
</li>
<li>Bilingual: Spanish <strong>required</strong>
</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner</li>
<li>Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help clients meet their insurance needs</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively</li>
