Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support role based in Gurugram. The Customer Support representative will assist customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on insurance products and services. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, supporting the sales team, addressing concerns efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the customers and the organization, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Analytical Skills for problem-solving and understanding customer requirements
- Basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing for promoting products and assisting with customer queries
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing customer relationships
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent professional experience
