Job Description: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Costing candidate to join our team. The same will be responsible for analyzing and managing the cost of production, operations, and services to improve profitability and maintain competitive pricing. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including production, purchasing, and finance, to ensure accurate costing and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis and cost management principles, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: 
- Develop and maintain standard costing practices and procedures.         -Product Costing 
- Conduct detailed cost analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for improvement. 
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasts, tracking variances and providing insights to management. 
- Collaborate with production teams to assess cost impacts of changes in processes, materials, or supplier relationships. 
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all costing activities. 
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate costing data and financial insights to stakeholders. 


Skills and Tools Required: 
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
- Proficiency in financial analysis and cost management techniques. 
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes. 
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems. 
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
 
- Minimum 2 years of experience in costing. 
- Experience in manufacturing or production industries is a plus. 
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is  must to apply for this profile.
