Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Mumbai, India. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing project costs by preparing budgets, conducting cost analysis, compiling Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and managing cost reporting. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure financial monitoring, optimisation of resources, and overall cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Proficiency in preparation and analysis of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of cost estimation and project management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field
- Professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent is an advantage
- Previous experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is beneficial
