About Micromitti
At
Micromitti, we believe that sustainable infrastructure can transform communities and the environment together. We design and execute micro-scale civil and ecological projects that restore soil health, conserve water, and promote circular construction. Our team brings together engineers, designers, and environmentalists who are reimagining how infrastructure can work in harmony with nature.
Role Overview
The Cost Manager will play a key role in ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in all billing and estimation activities across Micromitti’s sustainable infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for preparing, validating, and managing bills for clients, vendors, and subcontractors while maintaining close coordination with on-site and design teams.
This position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical understanding of civil works with strong documentation and analytical skills — and who wants to contribute to
projects that create environmental and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills as per project and contract terms.
- Conduct on-site measurements, verify work quantities, and ensure accurate billing documentation.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost breakups aligned with project budgets.
- Collaborate with site engineers, procurement, and design teams to ensure synchronization between work progress and billing.
- Review and certify vendor and subcontractor invoices for compliance with project deliverables.
- Maintain organized records of measurements, approvals, and payment status for audit and financial tracking.
- Assist in budget forecasting, cost control, and cash flow planning for ongoing projects.
- Generate periodic progress and billing reports for management and clients.
- Ensure that all billing aligns with Micromitti’s sustainability, quality, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of experience in billing, estimation, or quantity surveying within infrastructure, civil, or green construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP/Project Management tools.
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, contracts, and site documentation.
- Knowledge of CPWD / PWD specifications and rate analysis.
- Excellent numerical accuracy, documentation, and communication skills.
