Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Management Accountant located in Gurugram. The responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accruals, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring financial accuracy. The candidate will work closely with different teams to provide financial insights, support budgeting, and maintain accounting records in compliance with best practices and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and management of Accruals
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate costs and financial data effectively
- Sound knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems is desirable
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or chemicals industry is a plus
