Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cost Estimator role located in Mumbai. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and ensuring effective cost control throughout various projects. Daily tasks include analyzing project requirements, sourcing pricing information, evaluating material and labor costs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Management, Project Estimation, and Budgeting
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess cost implications and support decision-making
- Expertise in Cost Control and implementing cost-saving strategies
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools for estimation and budgeting
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the construction or architecture sector is an advantage
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multiple teams
