About the Role
CMA Turnkey Projects Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its portfolio of corporate office interiors and turnkey fit-out projects. We are looking for a highly capable Cost Estimation Professional who can convert design concepts into accurate project budgets and BOQs, ensuring commercial viability and competitive tendering.
This role is critical to our project planning and execution process and requires someone with deep knowledge of interior materials, market pricing, and turnkey execution methods.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates from architectural and interior drawings.
• Conduct rate analysis for interior works including modular furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, electrical, and civil works.
• Develop project budgets and costing sheets for corporate interior projects.
• Support tender submissions and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to align cost with execution strategy.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and maintain updated material and labour cost databases.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs.

Experience & Expertise
• 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out cost estimation.
• Proven experience in corporate office interiors / commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tender costing.
• Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
