Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and other related expenses.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for cost estimation.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
- Monitor budget performance and identify any variances or discrepancies.
- Prepare regular budget reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
- Implement and maintain effective cost control procedures to monitor and manage project expenses.
- Track project costs and expenditures, ensuring they remain within approved budget limits.
- Identify and analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions to mitigate any financial risks.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including cost analysis, budget status, and financial performance metrics.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to project managers, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
Education Requirement :
- BE/ BTech in Civil / Mechanical
- Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Quantity Survey, NICMAR or similar.
Experience Requirement :
- 6 to 10 years experience. Preferably worked in Real Estate Division having knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
