We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller with strong knowledge of:
- P&L Management
- Food & Beverage Costing
- Inventory Control
- Purchasing & Receiving Formats
- MIS & Cost Reports
- Stock Audit & Variance Analysis
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Hospitality/F&B industry
- Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or fine dining preferred
