Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Poonamallee for a Cost Accounting Supervisor. Responsibilities include oversight of cost accounting activities, preparation and analysis of financial statements, and providing actionable financial insights to improve company performance. The role involves managing expenses, ensuring cost efficiency, supporting various teams with financial data, and collaborating with department leaders to make data-driven decisions. The supervisor will also verify compliance with company policies and regulations while ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Cost Accounting and financial data analysis
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and managing Accounting processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide actionable recommendations
- Knowledge and understanding of Finance principles and budgeting processes
- Strong organizational, leadership, and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Experience in roles with similar responsibilities, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors
