Job Title: Cost Management & Accounting Manager (CMA Manager)

Job Summary:
The Cost Management & Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading the cost accounting function, ensuring accurate product costing, effective cost control, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making across manufacturing operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cost accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and product profitability; share actionable insights with management
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Review BOMs, production data, and inventory valuation to ensure accurate costing.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for effective cost control.
- Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards, statutory requirements, and audit processes.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports on cost trends and margins.
- Support pricing decisions, audits, and strategic cost-related initiatives.
- Guide and mentor junior cost accounting team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CMA / ICWA / CA (Inter or Qualified preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in cost and management accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting standards, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
