Job details:
Cost Accounting & Analysis: Develop/maintain cost accounting systems and analyze
production costs, inventory valuation, and variance between actual and budgeted costs.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed financial forecasts and annual budgets.
Cost Control & Efficiency: Implement cost reduction strategies and identify opportunities to
improve operational efficiency.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including profit and loss
analysis and cost findings to management.
Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS),
tax laws, and internal policies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with production and operations teams to monitor
expenditures.
Educational Background and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Certification: CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
