Job Title: Specialist - Cost Accountant
Experience: Minimum 3 years (Manufacturing Industry preferred)

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Cost Accountant to strengthen our cost management and profitability analysis capabilities. This role will work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to bring cost visibility, improve efficiency, and support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate product costing (raw material, conversion, and overheads)
- Conduct detailed cost analysis across products, processes, and operations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive optimization initiatives
- Support pricing decisions through margin and cost insights
- Monitor manufacturing costs including yield, scrap, and efficiency metrics
- Partner with procurement on raw material cost analysis and vendor benchmarking
- Evaluate capex proposals using ROI, IRR, and payback analysis
- Track budget vs actuals and highlight key variances
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing processes
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel; ERP/SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Sales, and Procurement
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
