The Studio Sales Specialist purpose is to provide an excellent customer experience to all visitors and assist with the day-to-day operations in Cosentino Studio.
Daily tasks include guest relations, customer service assistance &,training, and small events coordination.
The SSS objective is to drive the walk-in or appointment visitor closer to a sale, promoting the cross and up-sales; and proactively organize small events (partnering with the rest of the sales team) at the Center that are geared toward educating potential customers about Cosentino’s materials and their applications.
In addition, the SSS will identify and generate quality sales leads and then partner with the local sales team, which allows them to follow up on the leads and convert into customers, projects and sales. A SSS proactively reach out to clients & prospects to achieve individual and team sales goals.
The main duties for a SSS are divided into two fields
Sales Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage every customer and provide the best customer experience, with the goal of developing long term relationships and foster brand loyalty
Assist all walk-ins & customers with appointments that arrive at the Studio.
Always promote cross and up- sales with customers.
Provide support face-to-face in the Studio or over the phone and via email to better help customers understand the benefits of Cosentino brand.
Work with the General Manager and sales team to increase traffic
Follow-up on leads conversion with sales team.
Develop and build relationships with key architects and designers in the area.
2. Organization and Administration Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining a portfolio of active leads and engaging sales reps when there is a business opportunity (short and medium term).
Filter the leads of the Center or Studio via phone call and only forward the ones with potential.
Identify prospective needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Properly register walk-ins, visits, campaigns, and leads in Salesforce.
Help to organize and plan small events in advance with their colleagues and attending visitors during those small events
Ensure the Studio is always in perfect condition: this includes but is not limited to the cleanliness of all furniture, equipment, supplies and placing marketing materials. Also, for the update of discontinued or new launches colors on displays, including
