Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our Dialysis team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care and support individuals receiving life-sustaining dialysis treatments in a caring, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and equipment
- Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatments to patients
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Record vital signs and treatment information accurately
- Assist nurses and providers with patient care needs
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
- Offer compassionate support and education to patients and families
- Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience
Requirements
- Desire to enter the health care field to care for other people in need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a PCT with at least a year of experience in hemodialysis within the last 24 months
- Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) is required within 18 months
- Must have current American Heart Association, Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider card
- Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
- Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb
- Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Physical and mental ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet so wear comfortable shoes! Our work ends when it is safe for our patients.
