Finance is a Global team tasked with supporting Finance processing requests across various regions.

Our team is comprised of members supporting and providing support to the Finance Team and business across from various regions.

Job responsibilities

Blackline Administrator. - Responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of the Blackline reconciliation platform. The role works closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Audit teams to ensure efficient period-end close processes, strong internal controls, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain reconciliation module in Blackline
  • Review auto certification rules and ensure implementation.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc Blackline reports
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training material
  • Conduct training sessions for users and promote best practices
  • Support periodic user access reviews and audit requests
  • Support Blackline upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts
  • Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and system access controls within Blackline
  • Monitor and resolve reconciliation workflow exceptions, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Perform period-end close activities including monitoring reconciliation completion rates and sign-off status
  • Maintain and update account groupings, templates, and reconciliation frequency settings
  • Coordinate with IT and Blackline support for system issues, tickets, and service requests
  • Liaise with external auditors to provide system-generated evidence and reconciliation documentation
  • Perform data integrity checks and validate reconciliation balances against ERP source systems
  • Support the onboarding of new entities, legal structures, or chart of accounts changes into Blackline
  • Track and report on key performance metrics such as open items, aging reconciliations, and certification rates
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to align Blackline configurations with evolving business requirements
  • Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:

  • BCom / MCom / MBA / CA Inter/ICWA Inter.
  • Working experience on SAP.
  • 2+ years of experience in Blackline as an Administrator and SOX Audit
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • conflict handling skill
  • Good Systems / ERP Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Blackline configuration and administration.
  • Experience in SOX compliance and audit support
  • Good communication skills – both oral and written
  • Must be accurate and excellently detail oriented
  • Good command over MS Excel and Power point
  • Should strongly be driven by various timelines
