About the role

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Corsair is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Freight Security Analyst responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security events across in-transit freight and warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in protecting inventory, mitigating loss, and ensuring adherence to established security procedures. The primary objective of this position is to proactively prevent freight theft across all transportation modes and global shipping lanes through continuous monitoring, incident response, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively monitor customer shipments using visibility and tracking software to detect anomalies, security alerts, and deviations from expected transit behavior. 

  • Respond to cargo risk events in accordance with established loss prevention and incident response protocols; escalate confirmed security incidents to law enforcement and coordinate product recovery efforts.

  • Manage relationships with third-party monitoring providers and ensure consistent execution of approved security SOPs across all responsible parties.

  • Report all freight and warehouse security incidents to key Corsair stakeholders in real time and through structured summary reporting.

  • Ensure shipment data accuracy within tracking platforms and verify that all high-value and high-risk shipments are actively tracked. 

  • Identify and remediate process gaps that result in visibility or data failures.

  • Monitor warehouse security processes and systems to identify non-compliance. Provide compliance reporting to warehouse operations teams.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. (Preffered)
  • 2+ years working in logistics/sales ops/customer service

  • Very strong attention to detail

  • Problem Solver/Innovative

  • Communication with strong presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Self-Starter
