Responsibilities
- Report on trends, marketing, brands, consumer and internet culture and emerging trends.
- Write sharp, engaging, and accurate news and feature articles for digital platforms.
- Track and report news developments in advertising, media, technology, etc with a critical eye.
- Contribute to multimedia storytelling across video, social and newsletters.
- Collaborate with editors and colleagues to shape coverage and deepen audience engagement.
- Generate original story ideas, build sources and chase leads proactively.
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in general news journalism or business, marketing, or tech journalism. (Fresh, exceptional talent also welcome.)
- Strong writing, reporting and research skills.
- Ability to spot and explain trends in a way that resonates with business and general audiences.
- Digital-first mindset with comfort in working across platforms.
- A genuine interest in marketing, brands, consumer behavior and internet culture.
- Familiarity with CMS tools and comfort with operational editorial tasks such as publishing, formatting and managing newsletters.
- Location Mumbai and Noida both are open
