Role OverviewWe are looking for a Corporate Wellness Expert who can drive business development and partnerships for our wellness platform.
This role is not just about generating leads — it is about:
- Understanding corporate wellness needs
- Building trust with decision-makers
- Structuring meaningful wellness solutions
- Closing long-term partnerships
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from outreach to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with corporates, HR leaders, and decision-makers
- Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and deal closures
- Understand client requirements and align them with Checkmed’s wellness offerings
- Present and position corporate wellness programs effectively
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, tech) for solution alignment
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and reporting discipline
- Stay updated on corporate wellness trends, healthcare benefits, and industry developments
Required Skills & Experience- Experience in corporate wellness, healthcare, insurance, or B2B sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (HR Heads, CXOs, decision-makers)
- Proven ability to generate business and close deals
- Generate and manage business opportunities through corporates, channel partners, and brokers, driving engagements through to successful closure
- Understanding of wellness programs, employee benefits, or healthcare services
- Self-driven with ownership mindset and accountability
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)- Experience working with corporate wellness programs
- Exposure to healthcare SaaS, diagnostics, or insurance ecosystem
- Existing network within HR or corporate decision-makers
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles
