Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Travel Sales professional located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include identifying and driving sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, and providing tailored travel solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, handling negotiations, preparing and presenting proposals, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with a solid understanding of corporate travel requirements and market trends
- Knowledge in Finance, including budgeting and cost optimization for client travel plans
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact with corporate clients and internal teams effectively
- Proven Customer Service ability with a focus on delivering personalized and high-quality travel solutions
- Experience in Training and educating clients or teams on company travel policies and options
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or other sales and travel management software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in corporate travel sales or the travel industry is highly beneficial
