Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to drive business growth
- Acquire high-value corporate clients and manage key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers
- Lead negotiations, pricing, and contract closures
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and product teams for seamless service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets and business KPIs
Requirements:
- 5 - 7+ years of experience in corporate sales
- Strong network of corporate clients and industry connections
- Proven track record of achieving high revenue targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of corporate travel, MICE, and hospitality industry
