Job Overview:
Flight Crust is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Corporate Travel Manager (Business Development) to drive growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients across industries such as IT, Pharma, Telecom, and other sectors. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and expanding the company’s corporate travel portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for travel services
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue
- Promote flight bookings, hotel bookings, and MICE services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and client discussions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate travel sales or business development
- Strong network in corporate sector (IT, Pharma, Telecom, etc.)
- Good understanding of travel industry, fares, and corporate travel needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Experience with travel tools or GDS is an advantage
Working Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Work Mode: Work From Office
