Role Description
We are seeking a Corporate Travel Executive (B2B ) for a full-time, on-site role based in Ghitorni, New Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations for both corporate clients, including domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, ticketing, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary management.
The role involves handling corporate B2B travel accounts, generating and managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and understanding client travel requirements. The candidate will coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include resolving booking-related issues, handling urgent travel requests, and ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies and fare regulations.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
- Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing, reissuance, cancellations, and refund processes
- Experience in handling corporate B2B clients for flights, hotels, holiday packages, and end-to-end travel coordination
- Proven experience in corporate travel sales, client acquisition, account management, and achieving sales targets
- Experience in domestic and international travel bookings for both B2B clients
- Familiarity with hotel booking platforms, vendor coordination, and travel management tools
- Strong understanding of corporate travel requirements, itinerary planning, fare management, and vendor handling
- Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve travel and booking-related issues effectively and professionally
- Prior experience in travel operations, OTA, or travel agency environment is preferred
- Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to manage urgent and time-sensitive travel requests and changing schedules
