What You’ll Be Doing ✈️
- Planning and managing corporate travel & event itineraries
- Booking flights, hotels, transfers, visas, trains, and everything in between
- Coordinating group travel and negotiating the best rates with airlines & hotels
- Handling client queries and ensuring smooth travel experiences
- Creating travel proposals and presentations for corporate clients
- Managing reservations, upgrades, loyalty programs, and special requests
- Working closely with vendors, hotels, and travel partners
- Supporting MICE events, offsites, conferences, and incentive trips
- Spotting new business opportunities and building client relationships
- Staying updated with travel trends and destination ideas
What We’re Looking For 👀
- 1–2 years of experience in travel consulting / corporate travel / MICE
- Someone organized, proactive, and good with people
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable multitasking and handling urgent requests
- Familiarity with travel booking systems/tools
- A team player who can also work independently
- Bonus points if you love travel and spontaneous problem-solving

Work Timings
- Monday to Saturday ( Its fun to work on Casual Saturdays)
- We don't believe in 9 am punching so its 10am to 7pm
