About Protocol
PROTOCOL – Corporate Training & Finishing School has been training professionals since 2007 and has partnered with 150+ clients across India and globally in soft skills, behavioural training and leadership development.
About the role
We are looking for a full-time Corporate Training Coordinator, working on-site at our office in Jayanagar 1st Block, Bengaluru, to manage our corporate (B2B) training programmes from first enquiry to delivery. You will be the main point of contact for HR and L&D teams at client companies – understanding their training needs, preparing proposals and quotations, following up until the programme is confirmed, and coordinating trainers, schedules and logistics so every programme runs smoothly.
Please note: this is a client-facing coordination role, NOT a trainer or facilitation role.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to corporate training enquiries (email, phone, LinkedIn, website) within 24 hours
- Hold requirement-discovery calls with client HR / L&D teams
- Prepare and send proposals, training outlines and quotations, and follow up until confirmation
- Complete client vendor registration and onboarding, and ensure a purchase order or signed agreement is in place before each programme
- Schedule trainers, issue contracts and scopes of work to freelance trainers, and manage the training calendar
- Coordinate venue, training materials and logistics, and host virtual sessions (Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams) when clients request them
- Run pre- and post-training assessments and feedback, issue certificates, and share programme completion reports with clients
- Collect photographs and participant testimonials from programmes for Protocol's PR and media library
- Share delivery details with our Finance team so invoices are raised on time (billing and collections are handled by Finance)
- Keep the enquiry, quotation and programme trackers up to date, and send a weekly update on training programmes to management
- Build repeat business and long-term relationships with existing corporate clients
What we are looking for
- 1–4 years in client servicing or account coordination – ideally at a training company, L&D consultancy or edtech firm (vendor side, not in-house L&D)
- Experience preparing proposals and quotations for corporate clients
- Confident on calls, with strong professional email writing
- Highly organised, with good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Any graduate; a background in business, management or communication is a plus
- Able to commute daily to our office in Jayanagar 1st Block, Bengaluru – candidates based in South Bengaluru are preferred
What we offer
- Direct exposure to corporate clients across industries
- Opportunity to grow into an account management role
- A small, fast-moving team where your work has visible impact
