Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Trainer specializing in SAP SuccessFactors. The primary responsibilities include delivering high-quality training on SAP SuccessFactors modules, developing and customizing training content to meet the needs of business processes, and supporting clients in understanding and implementing SAP solutions effectively. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, address knowledge gaps, and provide expert insights rooted in consulting best practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in SAP modules, including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP FICO
- Strong background in Training and ability to develop engaging, tailored learning programs
- Knowledge of Business Process optimization and Materials Management concepts
- Experience in Consulting and guiding clients on SAP implementation and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional delivery skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
- Previous experience as a corporate trainer in SAP is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
