Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for a Corporate Trainer specializing in Oracle Hyperion. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, creating curriculum and materials tailored for diverse audiences, and demonstrating expertise in Oracle Hyperion. Responsibilities also include assessing learning outcomes, supporting trainees with understanding the platform, and providing insights on advanced tools and practical applications. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on knowledge, and a passion for teaching and mentoring professionals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Oracle Hyperion with a solid foundation in Information Technology.
- Proficient in Teaching, Training, and Lecturing, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.
- Familiarity with Software Development processes and principles.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Strong communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage remote workshops efficiently and adapt content for online learning platforms.
- Previous experience in corporate training or educational settings is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Oracle Hyperion certification are preferred.
