Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Trainer specializing in Oracle FDI. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training sessions on Oracle FDI software, developing training materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and facilitating learning for corporate teams. The role will also involve assessing training needs and evaluating the impact of training sessions to ensure skill development and knowledge retention.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology and Software Development
- Proven experience in Teaching, Training, or Lecturing
- Proficiency in designing and delivering effective learning programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Oracle FDI or other enterprise software systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Certification or formal training in Oracle FDI is a plus
