We're Hiring: Corporate Trainer – Travel Sales, Product & Operations
📍 Bangalore
Trip Factory is looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer to drive excellence across Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for travel sales and operations teams.
- Create training modules, SOPs, process guides, assessments, and learning materials.
- Conduct onboarding, refresher, and upskilling sessions on travel products, destinations, booking processes, and internal systems.
- Facilitate workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions to improve communication, sales effectiveness, and operational accuracy.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning interventions to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure training programs align with operational and business objectives.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Minimum 3 years in Training, Learning & Development, Sales Coaching, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of travel operations, destination management, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
