Role Description The Corporate Trainer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating training programs for external clients. This role develops curricula and training materials that support AI talent acquisition, recruitment services, HR consulting and candidate support offerings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual training sessions, creating digital learning content, assessing skills gaps and recommending learning pathways that align with business objectives. The Corporate Trainer collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, engaging and tailored to different learner groups. The role also involves tracking training effectiveness, collecting feedback, and continuously improving learning programs to enhance performance and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional design and corporate training skills, including experience developing curricula, training materials and e-learning content.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition, recruitment processes and HR best practices, with the ability to translate these into practical training modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology or a related field.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, learning and development specialist or HR professional is highly beneficial.
