What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Needs Analysis & Program Design:
  • o  Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify critical learning needs and translate them into effective training programs.
  • o  Conduct thorough needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and observations to understand training requirements and desired outcomes.
  • o  Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, simulations, and blended learning approaches.

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation:
  • o  Deliver high-quality training sessions to leaders across various levels and functions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • o  Employ a variety of instructional methods, including interactive exercises, group discussions, case studies, and role-playing activities.
  • o  Adapt training materials and delivery methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of participants.

  • Learning Materials Development:
  • o  Develop comprehensive training materials, including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
  • o  Ensure the quality, accuracy, and relevance of all training materials.
  • o  Leverage innovative technologies and tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

  • Training Evaluation & Impact Measurement:
  • o  Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, including participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and behavioural observations.
  • o  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training on business outcomes.
  • o  Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate training results and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Stay Current with Industry Trends:
  • o  Continuously research and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, including adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and emerging technologies.
  • o  Proactively identify and incorporate innovative learning solutions to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • o  Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts.
  • o  Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • o  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.


We expect you to have:

·      Ability to work ANY schedule in a 24-7 call centre

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

·      3-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.

·      Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

·      Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs.

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).

·      Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is a plus.

·      Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Global mindset with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
