What We Offer:
What You’ll Be Doing:
We expect you to have:
· Ability to work ANY schedule in a 24-7 call centre
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
· Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
· Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
· Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is a plus.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Global mindset with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
· Passion for learning and development and a desire to make a significant impact on organizational performance.
