Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Trainer with a strong background in corporate training and people management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between employee skills and organizational goals, designing high-impact learning modules and delivering training that drives excellence across our technical and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Alignment: Align the L&D team’s initiatives with overarching organizational goals to ensure training contributes to business growth.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI): Conduct thorough Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify skill gaps.
- Module Creation: Design and develop comprehensive learning modules, sales excellence, and soft skills.
- Corporate Training Delivery: Act as a Lead Corporate Trainer, delivering engaging sessions for new hires and existing staff.
- TTT (Train The Trainer): Implement and lead "Train the Trainer" programs to build a secondary layer of internal subject matter experts.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the L&D team, overseeing their performance and professional development.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics to ensure a high Return on Investment (ROI).
Required Skills & Competencies
- Amazing verbal and written communication skills are a must, ability to command a room and influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Professional presence suitable for representing the company in corporate environments.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating training decks and reports.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Ability to translate technical features into learnable content.
- Expertise in modern instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Analytical mindset to interpret TNA data and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Adaptability to work in the fast-paced environment of a growing IT firm.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent.
- Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Must have prior experience as a Corporate Trainer with a focus on both behavioral and functional training.
