Job Title: Talent & Development Manager/ Corporate Trainer

Role Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Training & Development Manager who can train employees across all departments, design customized learning modules, and track learning adaptability and performance to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver cross-functional training programs for all departments.
Create structured learning modules, SOP-based content, and training materials.
Track employee learning progress, adaptability, and performance metrics.
Develop training MIS, dashboards, and reports in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Identify skill gaps and continuously improve training effectiveness.
Key Skills Required
Corporate Training & Development
Training Module Creation & Instructional Design
Learning & Development Analytics
MS Excel (Dashboards, Reporting)
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
Eligibility
2–4 years of experience in Training & Development
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
