Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training sessions for employees. The role primarily focuses on enhancing employee performance through structured training programs, especially for new hires and existing team members.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct onboarding and induction training for new employees.
  • Deliver process, product, and sales training sessions.
  • Facilitate refresher training and upskilling programs.
  • Ensure employees understand company policies, processes, and quality standards.
  • Monitor trainee progress and conduct assessments.
  • Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records.
  • Work closely with team leaders to address performance gaps.


Required Skills & Competencies:


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking abilities.
  • Ability to engage and manage a group effectively.
  • Basic understanding of training methodologies.
  • Good interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Certification in training (preferred but not mandatory).


Preferred Experience:


  • Experience in sales/ Corporate training (BPO/EdTech preferred).
  • Experience handling freshers and onboarding batches.
