We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales, Customer Support & Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the performance, communication, and customer engagement capabilities of our teams.
The role involves training employees across sales and customer support functions to improve conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and overall service quality through structured learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver training programs on sales techniques, customer support, and soft skills
* Train teams on lead handling from platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other inbound channels
* Conduct sessions on communication, active listening, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
* Train customer support teams on customer handling, empathy, complaint resolution, and service excellence
* Develop training materials including presentations, SOPs, scripts, and learning modules
* Conduct role plays, mock calls, and real-time scenario-based training
* Identify skill gaps through performance analysis and recommend training interventions
* Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs like conversion rate, CSAT, and response time
* Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and refresher training sessions
* Collaborate with internal teams to align training with business goals

* Proven experience in sales, customer support, or training roles
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to train on real-life scenarios and practical challenges
* Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems

* Ability to engage and manage diverse teams

* Prior experience in Learning & Development or training roles
* Experience in B2B sales / inbound lead management
