Role Overview
Agrim is looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Corporate TA Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across corporate, lateral, and tech hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong team management experience, stakeholder handling capability, and expertise in building scalable hiring strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute hiring strategies for corporate, lateral, and technology roles
Drive workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders
Build strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions
2️⃣ End-to-End Recruitment
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
Ensure quality hiring within defined TAT
Optimize sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, etc.)
3️⃣ Team Management
Lead and mentor the TA team
Monitor team performance metrics (closures, TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire)
Drive accountability and high-performance culture
4️⃣ Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams
Provide market intelligence and hiring insights
Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding
5️⃣ Process & Reporting
Build structured recruitment processes and SOPs
Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring analytics
Improve hiring efficiency and reduce drop-offs
Requirements
Minimum
6+ years of experience in Corporate, Lateral & Tech Hiring
At least
2+ years of team handling experience
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience In Fast-growing/startup Environment Preferred
Notice Period Criteria
Immediate joiners preferred
15–30 days maximum notice period
